Peninsula Park Commons was developed by Eli Spevak and Jim Labbe. Since completing this project, Eli has created a company called that continues to build similarly community-oriented developments.
Legally, Peninsula Park Commons consists of 6 condominium units. In addition, there is a ‘common area unit’ and basement that are designated as ‘general common elements’ and useable by all residents. There is also a portion of the site at the north end designated for development as a second phase. If you’re curious, posted below are the legal documents we assembled to provide the legal framework for these condominiums. These documents have been approved by the State of Oregon and recorded as part of the condominium conversion process
