Located at the intersection of N. Albina Ave. and N. Holman St. in the Piedmont Neighborhood, our community is directly across the street from Peninsula Park and Rose Garden, which contains a community center, game room, playing fields, playgrounds, wading pool, swimming pool, covered picnic area, and Portland’s original rose garden.
The #4 bus stops across the street from us and the new AJ Java coffee house just opened at the north end of our block.
We’re also within 1/2 mile of: the Interstate light rail line, Portland Community College's Cascade campus, Jefferson Highschool, Multnomah County's North Portland library, Big City Produce, Interstate 5, and (future) New Seasons at Portland Blvd and Interstate.
Peninsula Park Rose Garden, with more roses than the International Rose Test Garden, is a treasure located in North Portland, just minutes from the city center (and across the street from us!). More than 8,800 fragrant roses engulf the visitor to this sunken garden of distinct early 20th century design.
